Job summary

MET Logistics are recruiting a reliable HGV Class 1 driver for a full-time role in the Garretts Green area. ASAP starts available. Pay rate ranges from £18.00 to £23.00 per hour, with Monday–Friday work and optional weekend overtime.

Typical start times vary from early mornings to afternoons. You will be responsible for general haulage, deliveries and collections, and maintaining excellent customer service at delivery points.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving licence with Category C+E (held for at least 6 months).
• Valid Tachograph Card and CPC Card are required.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude and willingness to handle goods efficiently.

Responsibilities

• General Haulage delivering and collecting palletised goods or automotive items.
• Operate a curtain-sided vehicle.
• No handball required.
• Provide excellent service to customers at delivery points.

Your Role as a HGV Class 1 driver:

What We're Looking For:

• Full UK Driving Licence with Category C + E (held for at least 6 months).
• Valid Driver Tachograph Card and CPC Card.
• A positive attitude and willingness to handle goods efficiently.
