Job summary

We Are Workforce Ltd is seeking an experienced HGV Class 1 driver for an ongoing role at our Normanton depot, delivering refrigerated multi-drop loads with occasional tail-lift use.

Shift times are 02:00–04:00 with day or night rates; immediate starts after assessment and induction, free onsite parking available, and a strong focus on safety and on-time deliveries.

Qualifications

• At least 6 Months of Class one driving experience required.
• UK Driving Licence with a Cat C+E entitlement.
• Digi & CPC Card No more than 6 points for minor offences.
• Immediate start for successful candidates.
• Free onsite secured colleague car parking.

Responsibilities

• Driving with-in the WTD and EU regs and rules.
• Prepping vehicles for delivery.
• Completing vehicles checks.
• Refueling vehicles.
• Multi drop deliveries.
• Manual Handling trolleys.
• The Driver must ensure that the highest levels of customer service are maintained on the round and orders are fulfilled on time and in full.

Class 1 Driver - Normanton

We are currently recruiting for experiencedHGV Class 1driverson an on-goingbasis to meet the needs of the business at our busyNormantondepot.The role consists of refrigerated Multi drop deliveries to stores. The role involves cage deliveries of milk and at some locations you are required to use a tail-lift to push and pull products being delivered.

Immediate starts after successful assessment and Induction.

Shift and Start Time available:

• 02:00 to 04:00Monday - Friday
• 02:00 to 04:00Tuesday - Saturday

Day pay rates:

• Monday - Friday £17.30 (overtime after 47.5hrs £19.46)
• Saturday £19.46
• Sunday and Bank Holidays £25.95

Nights pay rates:

• Monday - Friday £19.77 (overtime after 47.5hrs £21.92)
• Saturday £21.92
• Sunday and Bank Holidays £28.41

30-minute break deducted per shift only!

Day to day duties will include the following:
