Job summary

Pro-Drive in Scropton, Derbyshire, is seeking an experienced HGV Class 1 Driver for a Monday to Friday shift with a 04:00 start. This temporary ongoing role offers regular weekday work and a straightforward delivery pattern.

You will drive a Class 1/LGV C+E vehicle, complete about 2 drops per shift, perform vehicle checks, and keep safety and paperwork in order. Pay ranges from £18.00 to £20.17 per hour.

Qualifications

• A valid Class 1/C+E licence and CPC qualification.

Responsibilities

Are you an experienced HGV Class 1 Driver looking for consistent Monday to Friday work, competitive pay and an early finish? We are currently recruiting for an experienced Class 1 (C+E) Driver to join a busy operation based in Scropton, Derbyshire.

This is a temporary ongoing position, offering regular weekday work with a 04:00 start time.

The Role

As an HGV Class 1 Driver, you will be responsible for delivering products to customers, with 2 deliveries per shift. The role involves reversing onto loading bays and requires only minimal handball, making this an excellent opportunity for drivers looking for straightforward delivery work.

Key responsibilities include:

• Driving a Class 1 HGV / LGV C+E vehicle


• Completing approximately 2 drops per shift
