Job summary

Elite Hire is seeking experienced Class 1 drivers for UK routes. You will drive articulated vehicles, perform daily checks, load and secure goods, complete paperwork, and adhere to drivers' hours and tachograph rules.

Represent the company professionally with customers across trunking, multi-drop or tramping routes. Ideal candidates have a Full UK Class 1 (C+E) licence, valid Driver CPC and digital tachograph card, 6–12 months Class 1 experience, and no more than 6 penalty points.

Qualifications

• Full UK Class 1 (C+E) licence.
• Valid Driver CPC and digital tachograph card.
• 6–12 months of Class 1 experience.
• No more than 6 penalty points on your licence.
• Good knowledge of UK road networks.

Responsibilities

About the role

Our Client is a [logistics / distribution] business moving goods for major retailers and manufacturers across the UK. We need experienced Class 1 drivers to deliver safely and on time.
