Job summary

Culina Group in Milton Keynes is hiring drivers to deliver palletised goods to regional RDCs and collect stock from local suppliers. You’ll drive modern vehicles and perform regular trunking between Culina group sites with minimal handball.

Shift patterns available: 5 ON 3 OFF or 4 ON 4 OFF (days or nights), offering a better work‑life balance. You’ll earn up to £44,252 basic, with OTE up to £52,680, plus shift and weekend premiums and annual incentives.

Qualifications

• LGV C+E (HGV Class 1) licence required.
• Professional attitude with a strong focus on safety.

• Collect palletised stock from local/regional suppliers.
• Perform regular trunking between Culina group sites with minimal handball.
• Occasional nights out.

What You'll Earn

• Up to £44,252 basic salary (subject to shift pattern)
• OTE up to £52,680 (shift premiums & incentives)
• Shift premiums : £10 per shift (starts 12:00-19:59)
• £15 per shift (starts 20:00-03:59)
• Weekend premiums : £1,030/year for Saturdays or Sundays
• £2,060/year for both
• Compensation paid after 11 hours
• Night out allowance
• Overtime available if you can work extra shifts
