Job summary

Culina Logistics in Milton Keynes is actively seeking an experienced HGV Class 1 Driver to join our team. You will deliver palletised goods to regional RDCs and collect stock from suppliers, with regular trunking between Culina sites.

The role offers a 5 on/3 off or 4 on/4 off shift pattern, with a base salary of £44,252 and OTE up to £52,680. Overtime, night out allowances, and additional incentives are available.

Job Description

What You’ll Earn

• £44,252 basic salary
• OTE up to £52,680 (shift premiums & incentives)
• Shift premiums:
• £10 per shift (starts 12:00–19:59)
• £15 per shift (starts 20:00–03:59)
• Weekend premiums:
• £1,030/year for Saturdays or Sundays
• £2,060/year for both
• Compensation paid after 11 hours
• Night out allowance
• Overtime available if you want extra shifts

You’ll be driving modern vehicles, delivering for some of the UK’s best‑known brands:

• Delivering palletised goods to regional RDCs
• Collecting palletised stock from local and regional suppliers
• Regular trunking between Culina group sites
• Minimal handball
• Occasional nights out

Shift pattern: 5 ON 3 OFF and 4ON 4OFF— giving you better work‑life balance.
