Job summary

Major Managed Services Driving in Milton Keynes is seeking experienced HGV Class 1 (C+E) drivers for a busy trunking operation. The role offers morning, evening and weekend shifts with competitive hourly pay and PAYE employment.

You will conduct depot-to-depot trunking, complete vehicle checks, follow planned routes, and uphold high safety standards. Applicants must hold a valid HGV Class 1/C+E licence, Driver CPC, Digital Tachograph Card, and have at least 180 days of recent Class 1 experience

Qualifications

• Able to pass DBS checks
• Recent Class 1 driving experience (180 days in last 2 years)
• No more than 6 points on licence

We’re currently recruiting experienced HGV Class 1 (C+E) Drivers for a busy trunking operation.

The Role

• Depot-to-depot trunking


• Planned and organised routes


• No handballing


• Morning, evening and weekend shifts available


• Transporting loads between national sites


• Completing vehicle checks and maintaining high safety standards


• Following scheduled routes and delivery times


• Maintaining a professional standard at all times

What We’re Looking For

• A valid HGV Class 1 / C+E licence


• Licence held for at least 1 year


• Valid Driver CPC


• Valid Digital Tachograph Card


• At least 180 days of Class 1 driving experience within the last 2 years


• No more than 6 points on your licence


• Ability to successfully complete required vetting and DBS checks


• A professional and safety-focused approach to driving
