Job summary

Smiths (Gloucester) Ltd is seeking a Class 1 driver based at the Gloucester depot to join our waste transport team. You will operate modern vehicles and cover nationwide routes.

We offer a competitive rate of £16.00 per hour, day work with occasional nights out, and a range of benefits including a life assurance scheme, on-site parking and progression opportunities. PPE is provided and mental health support is available.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 1 (C+E) driving licence required.
• Experience in waste transport preferred.
• Based at Gloucester depot.

With depots in Avonmouth, Cardiff, Gloucester, Stonehouse and Tewkesbury we operate predominately across the South-West of England. We specialise in Construction, Waste Management, Plant Hire, Demolition and Transport operations.

We are looking for a Class 1 driver to join our Waste Transport driving team. You will be based out of our Gloucester depot and be required to transport a variety of materials across the country on modern well-maintained vehicles.
