Job summary

Workchain is recruiting experienced HGV Class 1 (C+E) Night Drivers for ongoing night shifts in Pineham, Northampton (NN4). Shifts run Monday to Friday with start times between 17:00 and 21:00. Pay ranges from £18.00 to £25.00 per hour, with immediate starts and full paid training provided. There is potential for a permanent contract for reliable drivers who perform well and want a long-term role.

Qualifications

• A valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) driving licence held for at least 2 years
• A valid Driver CPC and digital tachograph card
• A reliable, professional approach to work
• The ability to complete deliveries safely and follow customer procedures

Responsibilities

• Make silent store deliveries using roll cages and complete an average of 3–4 drops per shift
• Deliveries must be completed safely and in accordance with customer procedures
• Full paid training will be provided before working independently

We have ongoing work available for reliable and professional drivers looking for regular weekday night shifts, with the opportunity to secure a permanent contract if desired. The role involves making silent store deliveries, transporting goods using roll cages, and completing an average of 3–4 drops per shift. Full paid training will be provided to ensure you are confident with the delivery procedures and requirements before working independently.
