Job summary

QS Recruitment Ltd in Boston is seeking experienced Class 1 (C+E) HGV drivers for ongoing night work. You will deliver palletised goods with mainly single-drop deliveries in a curtain-sided trailer, ensuring safety and professionalism on every run.

This temporary role offers night shifts, a Monday to Friday pattern with weekend flexibility, and a rate of £17 per hour. The assignment includes up to 28 days of holiday per year; sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 1 (C+E) licence.
• Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
• Previous Class 1 driving experience.

We’re looking for experienced and reliable Class 1 (C+E) HGV Drivers to join our client in Boston, working nights on an ongoing basis!

If you enjoy night driving, prefer straightforward deliveries and take pride in delivering a professional service, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

You’ll be driving a curtain-sided trailer, delivering palletised goods with mainly single-drop deliveries, allowing you to get out on the road and get the job done!

The Role:

• Completing deliveries of palletised goods.
• Mainly single-drop deliveries.
• Driving a curtain-sided trailer safely and responsibly.
• Completing vehicle checks and ensuring paperwork is accurate.
• Providing a professional and reliable service to customers.

Duration: This is ongoing work with potential temp to perm for the right driver.

Contract Type: Temporary

Hourly Rate: The hourly rate is £17. You will accrue up to 28 days holiday a year.Please note we do not offer sponsorship.

Working Hours: The role is Monday to Friday with some weekends as and when needed. Start time will depend on the run you are allocated.
