Job summary

Driver Hire Carlisle are recruiting for an HGV Class 1 Driver (CAT CE) for our client in the Carlisle area. This is mostly trunking with some general haulage and multiple start times for mornings, afternoons and nights.

The client offers long-term ongoing work with ADHOC shifts and potential temp-perm after 12 weeks for the right candidate. Valid Class 1 licence, CPC and Digi Card required with up to 6 penalty points.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 1 licence, CPC and Digi Card are required.
• No more than 6 penalty points on your licence.

Responsibilities

• General Haulage across the UK with 1-5 drops per shift.
• Accurately complete delivery paperwork in line with company and legal requirement.
• Adhere to all Health & Safety, transport regulations, and working time directives.
• Represent the company professionally at all times.

Driver Hire Carlisle are currently recruiting for an HGV Class 1 Driver (CAT CE) for our well known and established client in the Carlisle area. This is mostly a trunking role, but may include some general haulage. With multiple start times available for mornings, afternoons and nights our client offers complete flexibility for driver start times. The client is offering long-term on-going work and ADHOC shifts with the possibility of temp-perm after 12 weeks for the right candidate

What We Offer a HGV Class 1 Driver :

• Average 10-12 hour shifts
• Days , Afternoon and Night shifts available
• Ongoing and AD HOC and Temp-Perm shifts available
