Job summary

GI Group are recruiting HGV Class 1 Drivers in Carlisle (CA6) for a leading parcel network. Afternoon shifts 1300‑2030, Monday to Friday, with an average 12-hour shift. Roles are on an ad-hoc basis to cover peaks and ongoing needs.

Pay is £20.34/hour weekdays, £25.94 Saturdays, and £28.95 Sundays. Requirements include 12 months Class 1 experience, tachograph and CPC, and a presentable, detail‑oriented attitude.

Qualifications

• No more than 6 penalty points on licence.
• Valid tachograph and CPC in date.
• At least 12 months experience as a Class 1 Driver.

Work Schedule

Drivers shifts: we are looking for HGV Class 1 Drivers to work afternoon shifts on an ad‑hoc basis – 1300‑2030 starts, Monday to Friday, average 12 hour shift.
