Job Opportunity: Class 1 HGV Driver - Belfast

We are recruiting for our client based in Belfast, located in the Duncrue area, for a Class 1 HGV Driver position. This is a permanent role for the right candidate.

Role Responsibilities:

1. Driving a Class 1 curtainsider, including occasional container work, delivering in Northern and Southern Ireland.
2. Strapping loads and managing PODs during delivery.
3. Performing vehicle checks.
4. Handling typically 2-4 loads per day.
5. Unloading loads with a forklift upon delivery.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, with start times varying between 05:30 and 08:00. Finishing times are usually around 17:00, but this is not guaranteed.

Candidate Requirements:

• Full Class 1 license.
• Valid Digi card and CPC card.
• Experience with curtainsider and container work is advantageous.
