Job summary

ARC Group is seeking an experienced HGV Class 1 container driver to join our ongoing assignment at the Knowsley depot. You will be delivering and collecting containers across the UK, with Monday to Friday day shifts and occasional weekend runs on request.

You must hold an HGV1 C&E license with CPC and Tachograph up to date, plus strong knowledge of the UK road network. RHIDES card is desirable but not essential; ARC Group offers weekly pay and pro-rata paid annual leave.

Qualifications

• HGV Class 1 license with up-to-date CPC and Tachograph
• Excellent knowledge of the UK road network and traffic patterns
• Experience in container haulage and safe handling of cargo

Responsibilities

• Deliver and collect containers to and from rail freights across the UK
• Work Monday to Friday day shifts with optional weekend runs
• Ensure compliance with all safety and driver regulations

Are you an experienced HGV Class 1 container driver looking for work in the Knowsleyarea?

NextGear Recruitment are recruiting for our nationwide client running out of their Knowsley depot. Experience of container haulage really is essential to ensure all containers are delivered in a safe and compliant manner. You will be delivering and collecting to/from rail freights around the UK. This isnt a tramper position all shifts are Monday to Friday day shifts with weekend runs if you request. A RHIDES card would be desirable but not essential.

For this position, you must have the following:

• HGV1 C&E License with no onerous endorsements
• Upto date CPC and Tacho
• Good communication and UK road network knowledge

This temporary onging work.

You must have previous proven experience in container haulage.
