Job summary

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for an experienced HGV Class 2 Skip Lorry Driver with RoRo/Hook Loader experience to work on a demolition project in Luton. You will complete short trips between sites, transporting materials safely and efficiently for a well-known contractor.

The role offers day shifts, Monday to Friday, 7am-5pm, with premium overtime after 8 hours at 1.5x. A valid HGV Class 2 licence and CPC are mandatory, with RoRo/Hook Loader experience preferred.

Qualifications

• HGV Class 2 licence and CPC qualification required.
• Experience driving skip lorries with RoRo/Hook Loader preferred.
• Reliable, with Monday–Friday day shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate HGV Class 2 skip lorries with RoRo / Hook Loader.
• Complete up to 8 short trips per day between sites.
• Ensure safe loading/unloading and compliance with safety rules.

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for an experienced HGV Class 2 Skip Lorry Driver with RoRo / Hook Loader experience to work with a well-known contractor on a demolition project in Luton.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled driver to join a busy and reputable operation, completing short trips between sites and transporting materials safely and efficiently.

Key Duties

• Operate HGV Class 2 Skip Lorries with RoRo / Hook Loader.
• Complete up to 8 short trips per day between sites.

• Follow all site safety procedures and road transport regulations.

Requirements

• Valid HGV Class 2 licence and CPC qualification.
• Proven experience driving skip lorries, ideally with RoRo / Hook Loader experience.
• Good knowledge of safe loading and unloading practices.
• Reliable and able to work Monday to Friday on day shifts.
