Job summary

The Best Connection Group Limited in Thatcham is seeking an experienced HGV Class 2 HIAB Driver for local deliveries of building materials, kiln-dried wood and coal. You will operate a tipper vehicle fitted with a HIAB grab and deliver within a 30-mile radius, starting at 07:00 in a 45-hour week.

Requirements include a valid HGV Class 2 licence, at least 2 years’ driving experience, and HIAB experience with grab attachment.

Qualifications

• Valid HGV Class 2 license (Category C).
• Minimum 2 years' relevant driving experience.
• HIAB experience essential with grab attachment.
• Knowledge of tipper vehicles.
• Confidence delivering to domestic properties.

Job description

Hours: 07:00 start, based on a 45-hour working week.

We are currently recruiting an experienced

HGV Class 2 HIAB Driver for our client, a well-established supplier of building materials, kiln-dried wood and coal, based in Thatcham.

The Role

• Delivering building materials, kiln-dried wood and coal to domestic customers.
• Completing approximately
• Operating a tipper vehicle fitted with a HIAB grab attachment.
• Making local deliveries within a 30-mile radius of Thatcham.
• 07:00 starts, working a 45-hour week.

No handballing required.

Requirements

• Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence.

Minimum 2 years' relevant driving experience.

• Previous HIAB experience is essential.
• Experience operating a grab attachment.
• Knowledge of tipper vehicles.
• A professional, reliable attitude and good customer service skills.
• Confidence delivering to domestic properties.

What's on Offer?
