Job summary

Manpower Scotland is recruiting an HGV Class 2 Driver to support our client in Aberdeen on a temporary basis. This role starts as soon as possible and runs for an initial 4 week period.

The role covers Class 2 deliveries and collections, loading and unloading, paperwork, daily vehicle checks, and safe, compliant driving. The position is dayshift, Monday to Friday, with weekly pay and an immediate start.

Qualifications

• Valid HGV Class 2 licence.
• Valid CPC.
• Valid Digital Tachograph.
• Previous Class 2 experience.
• Good knowledge of transport compliance.
• Immediate start availability.

Responsibilities

• Class 2 deliveries and collections.
• Loading and unloading goods.
• Occasional hand balling.
• Delivering to customers and other depots.
• Daily vehicle checks and defect reporting.
• Accurate completion of paperwork.
• Safe, compliant driving.
• Following all site and transport procedures.
