Job summary

Staffline is recruiting full-time HGV Class 1 drivers for a distribution centre in Stanford le Hope. The role involves fridge trailer deliveries, offloading to DCs, and moving palletised goods.

Shifts are 5 days per week over 7 days. Day/Night pay starts at £19.54 per hour; overtime (after 48 hours) is £24.43 per hour. Regular shifts, weekend overtime, and on-site parking are available, with immediate starts.

Qualifications

• 6 months C+E experience.
• No more than 6 points on licence.
• Digi card and DQC are required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and collect fridge trailer shipments to distribution centres.
• Offload onto bays and palletised items using a pump truck.

Job description

Staffline is recruiting full time professional HGV Class 1 drivers to come and work at our client's distribution centre based in Stanford le Hope.

Work pattern 5 shifts a week across 7 days

PAYE Rates for the role of HGV Class 1 driver are as follows:

• - Days - £19.54 per hour
• - Nights - £19.54 per hour
• - Days Overtime (After 48hours) - £24.43 per hour
• - Nights Overtime (After 48 hours) - £24.43 per hour

Your Time at Work

As a Class 1 driver, the work will involve fridge trailer deliveries and collections to DCs, offloading onto a bay, Palleted produce offloaded via Pump truck, In return for your commitment we can offer regular shifts and start times that suit you. Monday to Friday shifts between 0400-0700hrs or 1700-2100hrs starts, with Weekend Overtime available also.

• - 6 months C+E experience
• - No more than 6 points
