Job summary

Staffline is recruiting for HGV LGV Class 1 drivers to work on long-term, ongoing assignments across the Midlands and South East. Trunking products to store locations with both artic and rigid vehicles, minimal manual labour, and full training provided.

Regular weekend work and overtime opportunities are available. PAYE only. On-site support and canteen facilities are offered, with emphasis on reliability and long-term shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years HGV driving experience with artics.
• No more than 6 points on licence.
• Digi card and DCPC.

Responsibilities

• Drive HGV LGV Class 1 trucks, trunking products to store locations across the Midlands and South East.
• Complete deliveries with minimal manual handling and follow site procedures.

Job description

Shifts available across 7 days a week. Regular weekend work available. There is also the opportunity for overtime.

PAYE only - pay rates are as follows:

• Overtime paid after 204h across 4 weeks - £37.52

Your Time at Work

As an HGV 1 Driver, the work will involve trunking products to store locations throughout the Midlands and South East using both artic and rigid vehicles. There is a minimal manual labour required and full training will be given.

This site operates all year round and will provide each driver with a long term ongoing assignment. In return for your commitment we can offer regular shifts and start times. Regular weekend availability will be required.

Part time HGV drivers are also welcome to apply.
