Job summary

Aligra Personnel Ltd in Nottingham is recruiting experienced HGV Class 1 drivers for trunking across the Midlands. This night-shift role offers reliable, ongoing work with both full-time and part-time options and weekly pay.

You'll drive clean, well-maintained vehicles, perform vehicle checks, complete paperwork, and adhere to driver hours and regulations while meeting delivery schedules with the transport team.

Qualifications

• Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence.
• CPC and Digi Tacho card required.
• 6 months Class 1 experience required.
• Reliable, punctual and professional attitude.
• Good understanding of driver hours and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Trunking runs to RDCs across the Midlands.
• Minimal handball - mostly depot-to-depot.
• Complete vehicle checks and paperwork.
• Keep to delivery schedules and legal compliance.
• Work closely with a supportive transport team.

We're recruiting experienced Class 1 (C+E) Drivers for ongoing trunking work based in Nottingham, delivering to Regional Distribution Centres (RDCs) across the Midlands.

Whether you've worked with DPD, Eddie Stobart or Wincanton, you'll feel right at home in this professional, well-organised operation.
