Job summary

National Trust's Hinton Ampner property seeks a Welcome Manager to lead the welcome operation, ensuring every visitor enjoys a warm, memorable visit and supports charitable income growth. You will manage staff and volunteers, uphold high service standards, and ensure safety and presentation across the site.

You'll report to the Visitor Operations Manager and oversee a team of Welcome & Service Assistants and Car Park Assistants, shaping a welcoming guest experience aligned with NT values.

Qualifications

• experienced in visitor services, tourism, heritage or similar situations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day welcome operation, including visitor reception and house opening.
• Develop and lead the Welcome & Service team and volunteers.
