Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions is recruiting a Maintenance Plumber to join an in-house team at a heritage site in Richmond. You’ll be mechanically and plumbing biased, with a track record in commercial building maintenance.

Duties include LTHW heating, water systems, BMS controls, and routine plumbing maintenance. The role is days-based with a 36-hour week, and there are progression and training opportunities.

Salary up to £38,000, 30 days + BH, pension, cycle to work, and other benefits.

Qualifications

• Plumbing / mechanically qualified Level 2 / 3 / HNC / HND.
• Trade certificates copies required (Essential).
• Proven track record in commercial building maintenance.
• Excellent customer skills.

Responsibilities

• LTHW plant maintenance and heating systems
• Calorifiers and hot water systems maintenance
• Mains cold water systems maintenance
• Environmental controls (BMS) monitoring and adjustments
• Water softening and RO plant maintenance
• Pumping systems operation and maintenance
• Plumbing maintenance and installation tasks
• Borehole systems management
