Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions is recruiting a Maintenance Plumber to join an in-house team at a heritage site in Richmond. You’ll be mechanically and plumbing biased, with a track record in commercial building maintenance.

Duties include LTHW heating, water systems, BMS controls, and routine plumbing maintenance. The role is days-based with a 36-hour week, and there are progression and training opportunities.

Salary up to £38,000, 30 days + BH, pension, cycle to work, and other benefits.

Qualifications

• Plumbing / mechanically qualified Level 2 / 3 / HNC / HND.
• Trade certificates copies required (Essential).
• Proven track record in commercial building maintenance.
• Excellent customer skills.

Exciting opportunity to work In House / Client Direct Company in Richmond .My client is looking for a Maintenance Plumber to be based in an iconic & beautiful heritage site in the Borough of Richmond.The successful candidates will be plumbing / mechanically biased (C&G / NVQ) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.Working with the maintenance team on site, he or she will have experience carrying out mechanical, plumbing, HVAC & fabric duties.In return the company are offering a competitive salary up to £38,000, further training and career progression.

• LTHW plant
• Heating systems and controls
• Calorifiers ad Hot Water systems
• Mains Cold Water systems
• Environmental computer-controlled systems (BMS)
• Water softening plant
• RO plant
• Pumping systems
• Plumbing maintenance and installation
• Borehole systems

Hours of work

• Monday to Friday - Week 1 08:00 - 16:00, Week 2 09:00 - 17:00.Week 3 10:00 - 18:00
• 1 in 3 weekend cover (2 days off in the week that week)
• 36 hour week
