Job summary

BSPS Ltd in London seeks a Construction Project Manager for externals, overseeing heritage restoration projects from planning through completion. You'll manage budgets, programmes, and clients, coordinating with architects, designers, and subcontractors to protect historic fabric.

Lead multiple schemes from £50k to £3.5m, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery while collaborating with conservation officers and site teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience managing external refurbishment, restoration or heritage construction projects (site experience essential).
• Strong knowledge of traditional materials and methods used in listed buildings.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project programmes and budgets with detailed milestones.
• Oversee subcontractors, quality, timelines, and budget adherence.
• Ensure compliance with building regs, health & safety, and heritage requirements.
