Job summary

Pinnacle Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Project Manager – Externals for a Notting Hill, London refurbishment project. You will manage the external envelope across a demanding 30-storey scaffolded site, directing 2–3 site managers to keep the programme on track and within budget.

Experience with large external works on high-rise projects and familiarity with English Heritage is advantageous in coordinating with stakeholders on this tier 1 contractor assignment.

We have been tasked by our client who are a tier 1 main contractor to recruit an experienced project manager for them. They have just won a project and as a result are looking for a project manager to look after the external envelope of the building.

The project is a refurbishment project near Notting Hill and is going to have scaffolding running up 30 storeys. You will be expected to run all of the external works and the team is going to consist of 2-3 site managers and making sure the project runs smoothly and on time within budget. You should have experience of running the externals on large high rise projects and experience of English Heritage would be advantageous.
