Job summary

Pinnacle Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Project Manager – Externals for a Notting Hill, London refurbishment project. You will manage the external envelope across a demanding 30-storey scaffolded site, directing 2–3 site managers to keep the programme on track and within budget.

Experience with large external works on high-rise projects and familiarity with English Heritage is advantageous in coordinating with stakeholders on this tier 1 contractor assignment.

Qualifications

• SMSTS qualification.
• Experience on large external/high-rise projects.
• Experience with main contractors/developers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee external envelope works on a 30-storey refurbishment.
• Lead and coordinate a small team of 2–3 site managers.
• Ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
• Experience with scaffolding and external works is advantageous.
