Job summary

InPost UK is looking for a Help Desk Coordinator to join the Network Health team. You will raise and update tickets, prioritise issues and support locker maintenance requests to keep downtime down and parcels moving.

You'll work in a small team, build relationships with maintenance engineers, produce daily reports, and handle queries from other departments, while ensuring SLAs are met and documentation is kept up to date.

Qualifications

• Experience using a ticketing system to log, manage and allocate issues.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks.
• Excellent communication and proactive problem-solving abilities.
• Comfort with a fast-paced environment and cross-department queries.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Raise, update, prioritise, and escalate tickets within SLA lead times.
• Direct tickets to appropriate departments and discuss potential fixes.
• Act as primary contact for faults affecting the locker network.
• Build relationships with maintenance engineers and internal teams.
• Prepare and send daily reports, including downtime management.
• Respond to queries from other departments and manage expectations.
• Verify issues by checking CCTV when necessary.
• Update documentation throughout the day.
• Audit new lockers for network compliance and performance.
