Qualifications

• Exceptional commercial acumen and sales skills.
• Experience selling complex solutions into financial institutions globally.
• Salesforce expert and CRM-driven workflow.
• Strong pipeline management and forecasting capabilities.
• Familiar with BANT or similar B2B sales methodologies.
• 5-15 years' experience in financial markets sales, fintech, enterprise software, market data, or workflow technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth of hedge funds across all three brands within Derivia portfolio.
• Deliver new business subscriptions revenue against targets in a scalable, repeatable way.
• Lead and manage market/product training for all sales reps selling to hedge funds.
• Forecast and manage pipeline to meet annual targets; drive renewals and upsell.
• Collaborate with product and marketing to shape commercial strategy for hedge funds.
• Join commercial leadership, contribute to CRM adoption and cross-functional projects.
