Job summary

Fusion People Ltd is seeking an experienced Heating, Plumbing & Ventilation Project Manager to oversee commercial and industrial projects across the North of the M25 up to Sheffield.

The role manages projects from planning through completion, ensuring safety, on-time delivery, budget control and high quality, with regular site visits and cross‑disciplinary coordination across teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Project Management role within the heating, plumbing and ventilation sector.
• Strong technical knowledge of heating, plumbing and ventilation systems.
• Experience managing projects from planning through to completion.

Responsibilities

• Manage the planning, coordination and delivery of heating, plumbing and ventilation projects.
• Oversee site activities and ensure works are completed in line with health & safety and industry standards.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, engineers, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Provide technical support and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project progress, costs, quality and timescales.
• Attend sites regularly to oversee works and resolve any issues.
• Ensure projects are delivered to the required specifications and client expectations.
• Manage multiple projects and prioritise workloads effectively.

Heating, Plumbing & Ventilation Project Manager

Location: Covering North of M25 up to Sheffield
Salary: £55,000-£65,000 per annum
Contract: Permanent

Overview

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Heating, Plumbing & Ventilation Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of commercial and industrial projects across the North of the M25 up to Sheffield.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating projects from planning through to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the planning, coordination and delivery of heating, plumbing and ventilation projects.
• Oversee site activities and ensure works are completed in line with health & safety and industry standards.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, engineers, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Provide technical support and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a Project Management or Project Engineering role within the heating, plumbing and ventilation sector.
• Strong technical knowledge of commercial and industrial heating, plumbing and ventilation systems.
• Experience managing projects from initial planning through to completion.
• Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to liaise confidently with clients, contractors and site teams.
• Willingness to travel regularly across the North of the M25 up to Sheffield.
• Full UK driving licence.
