Job summary

Service Care Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced Heating Engineer to join our Heating Compliance Team. You will deliver heating compliance across domestic properties, performing gas servicing, fault finding, and responsive repairs.

You will hold full gas qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1, CPA1) with at least 3 years post-qualification experience, work 37 hours weekly Monday to Friday, and contribute to safety and quality in a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' post-qualification experience in gas servicing, repair and fault finding.
• Full gas qualifications including: CCN1 CENWAT CKR1 HTR1 CPA1.
• Good knowledge of heating systems and compliance requirements.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A strong focus on safety, quality and customer service.
• Experience or qualifications in air source heat pumps, solar hot water, oil boilers or solid fuel appliances would also be highly desirable.

Heating Engineer

Location : North East

Salary : £39,429.72 per annum

37 hours per week | Monday - Friday

The Role

We're looking for an experienced and fully qualified Heating Engineer to join our Heating Compliance Team. You'll play a key role in delivering heating compliance across our domestic properties, carrying out gas servicing, responsive repairs, fault finding and work within empty homes. You'll work as part of a collaborative team, reporting to a Team Manager and managing a varied workload across our housing stock.

About You

• Minimum 3 years' post-qualification experience in gas servicing, repair and fault finding

• Good knowledge of heating systems and compliance requirements
