Job summary

Centrica plc, through British Gas, is seeking Service & Repair engineers to deliver high-quality customer support. This role involves addressing both routine service visits and complex breakdowns, ensuring same-day fixes as part of our Service Promise.

You will need relevant ACS qualifications and substantial experience with various boilers and central heating systems, all while providing excellent customer service in their homes. A competitive base salary of £47,303 with the potential to earn up to £54,400 through our rewards scheme is offered.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer experience focus on every visit.
• Current ACS qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1 & HTR1).
• NVQ, C&G or equivalent in plumbing or heating.
• 3 years qualified experience of fault finding and diagnosis.
• Electrical knowledge on various systems and boilers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality support to customers.
• Attend service visits and complex breakdowns.
• Represent British Gas in customers' homes.
