Responsibilities

Lead, coach and develop a multi-site team across Heathrow terminals.
Drive commercial performance by identifying opportunities to maximise sales, client engagement and business growth.
Partner with the Assistant Store Manager and leadership team to ensure consistent standards and effective execution across all locations.
Create an elevated luxury experience that reflects Burberry's brand values and builds lasting customer relationships.
Oversee operational excellence, including workforce planning, stock management, compliance and health and safety standards.
Recruit, develop and retain top talent, building a diverse and inclusive team capable of delivering outstanding results.
