• Retail operations experience in luxury or premium environment.
• Excellent organisation with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Highest operational standards with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and stakeholder relationship skills.
• Proactive problem-solving with timely solutions.
• Passion for luxury retail and collaborative team support.
• SAP experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead back-of-house operations, ensuring efficient and compliant store processes.
• Deliver exceptional support and service to store teams, enabling a seamless customer experience on the shop floor.
• Maintain high standards of organisation, stock accuracy and operational excellence across all areas of the store.
• Build strong working relationships with internal departments and external service providers to ensure effective communication and execution.
• Monitor operational activities and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy and service levels.
• Champion Burberry standards, fostering a culture of professionalism, accountability and attention to detail.
