Burberry Heathrow is seeking a Store Manager to lead our luxury retail operation across all Heathrow terminals, overseeing a dynamic team of 35-40 employees supported by an Assistant Store Manager. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving commercial performance and ensuring operational excellence in a fast-paced travel retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a multi-site team across Heathrow terminals, fostering collaboration, accountability and exceptional service.
• Drive commercial performance by identifying opportunities to maximise sales, client engagement and business growth.
• Partner with the Assistant Store Manager and leadership team to ensure consistent standards and effective execution across all locations.
• Create an elevated luxury experience that reflects Burberry's brand values and builds lasting customer relationships.
• Oversee operational excellence, including workforce planning, stock management, compliance and health and safety standards.
• Recruit, develop and retain top talent, building a diverse and inclusive team capable of delivering outstanding results.
• Proven experience leading large, multi-site or high-volume retail teams within premium or luxury environment.
• Strong people leadership skills with the ability to inspire, coach and develop individuals and teams.
• Commercially minded with experience driving sales performance and operational effectiveness.
• Confident managing multiple priorities and delivering results within a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with a collaborative approach.
