We are hiring a Store Manager to lead our Heathrow Airport retail operation across all terminals, overseeing a dynamic team of approximately 35-40 employees supported by an Assistant Store Manager. This is a high-profile leadership role responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving commercial performance and ensuring operational excellence across a complex, fast-paced travel retail environment.
