Job summary

Worldwide Flight Services at London Heathrow is seeking a Warehouse Agent to join the Air Cargo Warehouse team. You will load and off-load freight, move loads securely, and help ensure cargo is handled safely and efficiently. The role is permanent full-time in Operations with rotating 8- and 12-hour shifts.

Qualifications

• Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken).
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Forklift experience is preferred for cargo handling.
• Ability to perform manual handling of heavy goods.
• Flexibility to work rotating 8- and 12-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Load and off-load freight from vehicles and onto aircraft units.
• Place and retrieve freight in designated storage areas.
• Build cargo onto aircraft units following airline specifications with safety.
• Complete accurate documentation of freight movement using handheld devices.
• Conduct checks on imports/exports to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Record cargo documents and work with the team to meet deadlines.
