Qualifications

• Experience in a cargo warehouse is an asset.
• Ability to work under pressure, plan workload and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Tact, judgment and initiative; team spirit.
• Valid forklift operation permit.
• Security training by the DfT.

Responsibilities

• Accept and deliver cargo and mail, verify package counts and document accuracy.
• Prepare pallets, load/unload trucks, and sort cargo in the warehouse.
• Respond to inquiries from the public, carriers and Air Canada personnel.
• Maintain liaison with senior agents and managers on daily operations.
• Keep airside pass up to date and comply with training requirements.
