Job summary

Warehousing Solutions Ltd at Heathrow Airport is hiring Warehouse Operatives for immediate starts in a permanent, full-time role. You will perform order picking, use a voice-picking system (training provided), operate mechanical equipment, and follow site procedures to ensure safety and accuracy.

Shifts are fixed: AM 06:00–14:00, PM 14:00–22:00, Night 22:00–06:00. Pay ranges £19.80 AM, £22.80 PM, £25.80 Night per hour with overtime higher.

Qualifications

• Clear communication and listening skills.
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures.
• Strong attention to detail in picking and packing.
• Previous warehousing or picker/packer experience is a plus.
• Motivated to develop and advance in the role.

Responsibilities

• Process order picking and uses voice-picking system.
• Operate mechanised equipment safely.
• Lifting up to 3 kg and handling goods.
• Adhere to health and safety policies.
• Maintain accuracy during stock checks.
