Job summary

Think Recruitment is recruiting a SHE Advisor for a construction contractor in Derby/Stoke. The role involves audits, safety guidance, reporting, and contributing to SHEQ standards across Midlands projects.

You will support pre-construction safety, investigate incidents, and attend project meetings while promoting best safety practices on-site. A NEBOSH certificate and IOSH or higher, with a full UK driving licence, are required.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate minimum.
• Tech IOSH or above.
• Construction / Health & Safety experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Office Base: Derby or Stoke

Think Recruitment is working with an established construction contractor looking to recruit a SHE Advisor to join their new build and refurb Construction team.

The role will support a variety of new build, refurbishment, fit-out, engineering services and maintenance projects across the Midlands area.

The Role
