Ardour Associates is looking for a Renewables Service & Repair Engineer to cover Leicester and surrounding areas. The role involves diagnosing faults, repairing and maintaining renewable energy heating and hot water systems, while delivering high-quality, safe workmanship and excellent customer service.

Ideal candidates have fault-finding expertise, strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach, plus a full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair faults in renewable energy heating and hot water systems.
• Service, maintain and repair renewable energy installations.
• Provide technical advice to customers and colleagues.
• Deliver excellent customer service to clients and tenants.
• Keep customers and teams updated on job progress.
• Complete job reports and paperwork accurately.
• Follow Health and Safety regulations and COSHH requirements.
• Ensure tools and materials are used safely and effectively.
• Assist with stock control and parts ordering.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure quality repairs.
