Job summary

EnergyZone is seeking a skilled plumber to join our team for efficient heat pump installations in domestic and commercial properties. The role covers a 90-minute radius from Cleobury Mortimer, with heat pump knowledge preferred but full training provided.

Qualifications

• NVQ L2 in Plumbing and Heating is required.
• WRAS and Unvented G3 certificates are required.
• Full UK driving licence is required.
• Experience with heat pump installations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install heat pumps and unvented cylinders in domestic and commercial properties.
• Work independently and as part of a team to ensure projects run smoothly.
• Deliver excellent customer service and communicate with customers and team members.
• Maintain professional conduct in customer properties, leaving spaces clean and tidy.
• Provide project updates and commissioning details via Email, Whatsapp, Tradify and Teams.

Job description

We are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable plumber to join our dynamic team at EnergyZone. You will be responsible for ensuring efficient and high-quality air source heat pump installations in both domestic and commercial properties.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced plumber to join a growing industry. Heat Pump knowledge is preferred, but full training will be provided.

This job will be within a 90-minute radius of our base in Cleobury Mortimer, South Shropshire.

Responsibilities

• Installation of heat pumps and unvented cylinders in domestic and commercial properties.
• You will be required to work independently and as part of a team to ensure projects run smoothly and customer satisfaction is obtained.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills with both customers and other members of the team is essential for this position.
• To conduct yourself in a responsible and respectful manner in customer properties at all times, and ensuring the property is left clean and tidy.
• Communicate updates and commissioning of projects using Email, Whatsapp, Tradify and/or Teams.

Experience:

• NVQ L2 in Plumbing and Heating.
• Water Regulations (WRAS) and Unvented G3 Certificate.
• A strong understanding of heating systems and plumbing principles.
• Experience of managing jobs on their own.
• Full clean UK British Driving Licence.
