Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is recruiting for a Plumbing & Heat Pump Engineer to support a growing renewable energy division near Loughborough. The role offers progression, training, and a clear path within a well-established business.

You will install air and ground source heat pumps, carry out domestic plumbing/heating work, and service systems across the East Midlands with most work around the local area and occasional remote sites. A van is provided with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Qualified or recently qualified Plumber / Heating Engineer
• NVQ Level 2/3 Plumbing & Heating or equivalent
• Domestic plumbing/heating experience
• Heat pump experience desirable, not essential
• Full UK driving licence
• Strong workmanship and attention to detail
• Good communication and customer service skills

Responsibilities

Plumbing & Heat Pump Engineer

£35,000 - £45,000 + New Van + Pension + Holiday +Progression + training

Full-Time, Permanent

Based near Loughborough (50 mile patch)

Are you a Plumber or Heating Engineer looking to develop your career within the rapidly growing renewable energy sector?

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a well-established and growing business with a strong pipeline of domestic air source and ground source heat pump installations across the East Midlands.

The company is looking for either a recently qualified plumber or an experienced plumbing/heating engineer to join the team. Previous heat pump experience would be advantageous, however this is not essential as full heat pump training can be provided for the right candidate.

You will work on a variety of predominantly domestic renewable heating projects, carrying out high-quality plumbing and heating installations while developing your knowledge of heat pump technology. The role offers the opportunity to build a long-term career within a growing industry, with the vast majority of work being local and very rare requirements to stay away from home.
