Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment is seeking a Plumber or Heating Engineer to join a growing renewable energy business near Loughborough. You will work on domestic air source and ground source heat pump installations across the East Midlands.

The role offers full heat pump training, a clear career path, and predominantly local work with rare stays away from home. Salary £35,000 - £45,000, plus a new van, pension, holiday, progression and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Qualified or recently qualified Plumber / Heating Engineer
• Domestic plumbing/heating experience
• Heat pump experience desirable, not essential (training provided)
• Full UK driving licence
• Strong workmanship and attention to detail
• Good communication and customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Install cylinders, pumps, valves and controls
• Pipework, radiators and underfloor heating

Are you a Plumber or Heating Engineer looking to develop your career within the rapidly growing renewable energy sector? A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a well-established and growing business with a strong pipeline of domestic air source and ground source heat pump installations across the East Midlands. The company is looking for either a recently qualified plumber or an experienced plumbing/heating engineer to join the team. Previous heat pump experience would be advantageous, however this is not essential as full heat pump training can be provided for the right candidate. You will work on a variety of predominantly domestic renewable heating projects, carrying out high-quality plumbing and heating installations while developing your knowledge of heat pump technology. The role offers the opportunity to build a long-term career within a growing industry, with the vast majority of work being local and very rare requirements to stay away from home.

The Role
