Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking a Heat Pump Engineer for a field-based role around Cambridge, covering Cambridgeshire & East Anglia. A clear route into supervision is offered with extensive training in ground source & MVHR systems, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

You will service and maintain air and ground source heat pumps in high-end residential properties, mentoring junior engineers and supporting technical queries for the office.

Qualifications

• Experienced engineer with air source heat pump experience essential.
• Strong customer-facing manner and professional conduct in high value homes.
• Full UK driving licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Service and maintain air and ground source heat pumps, primarily in high-end residential properties.
• Mentor junior engineers and support the office with technical queries.
• Progress toward a supervisory position with additional ground source and MVHR training.
• Field-based role with 2–4 jobs per day, 7am–4:30pm.

Are you a heat pump engineer who is looking to join a growing renewables business, where you will work on high end whole house systems, receive further technical training and have a clear route into supervisory level?

Specialising in providing renewable energy solutions for high end properties across Cambridgeshire and East Anglia, this company are in an exciting period of growth. Part of a larger nationwide group with big growth ambitions, they are now looking to recruit a Service & Maintenance Engineer to join their highly professional team.

In this role the successful candidate will carry out service and maintenance on air and ground source heat pumps, predominantly across high end residential properties. You will also act as a mentor to the company's junior engineers and support the office with technical queries when needed.

This is an ideal role for an experienced heat pump engineer who wants to work to a higher standard on more technical whole house systems, whilst developing towards a supervisory position at a growing company.

The Role:

• Service and maintenance of air and ground source heat pumps

• Mentoring junior engineers and supporting the office with technical queries
