Responsibilities

• Assist in providing technical support to patients under Adult and Paediatric Hearing Implant Services.
• Monitor and maintain stock levels of hearing devices, implants, accessories and consumables.
• Troubleshoot device faults and replace parts or processors; liaise with manufacturers and suppliers.
• Maintain accurate records and gather information for the surgical team.
• Take impressions of patients' ears to produce new ear moulds.
