Job summary

Boots Hearingcare Lakeside is seeking an experienced Hearing Aid Audiologist to join a modern Boots Hearingcare clinic. You will take ownership of your clinic, deliver high-quality hearing care, and build lasting customer relationships with support from Sonova and Boots Hearingcare.

You’ll work with the latest technology, have access to extensive CPD, and benefit from a monthly bonus, generous leave, and flexible benefits. This role offers clinical autonomy and opportunities for progression.

Qualifications

• BSc in Audiology (or equivalent) is required.
• HCPC registration is required.
• 2+ years’ post-qualification experience.
• Strong clinical audit results and CPD compliance.
• Commercial awareness with a customer-focused mindset.
• Excellent administrative and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of your clinic, performance, and customer outcomes.
• Deliver high-quality, customer-centric hearing care.
• Act as an ambassador for Boots Hearingcare, building long-term customer relationships.
• Support customers throughout their complete Hearingcare journey.
