Boots Hearingcare Ltd is seeking an established Hearing Aid Audiologist to manage a modern, high-performing clinic. You will deliver best-in-class hearing care, drive patient outcomes, and represent the Boots Hearingcare brand while developing lasting relationships with customers.

You’ll work within a well-equipped Boots Hearingcare clinic, with access to the latest technology, strong admin support, and opportunities for progression into senior or regional roles.

Qualifikationen

• BSc in Audiology required or equivalent.
• HCPC registration required.
• 2+ years post-qualification experience.
• Strong CPD and audit track record.

You’ll work within a modern, well-equipped Boots Hearingcare clinic, designed to support high-quality clinical care and confident customer decision-making, including:

• Access to the latest hearing technology and product innovations
• Advanced diagnostic assessments
• Structured diaries allowing time for personalised consultations
• Strong operational and admin support

The role

As an Established Hearing Aid Audiologist, you’ll:

• Take full ownership of your clinic, performance, and customer outcomes
• Deliver high-quality, customer-centric hearing care
• Act as an Ambassador for Boots Hearingcare, building long-term customer relationships
• Support customers throughout their complete Hearingcare journey
• Confidently recommend solutions from our full product portfolio
• Work flexibly, which may include some evenings and weekends, to meet customer demand

• Senior Hearing Aid Audiologist roles
• Lead / Mentor positions, supporting newly qualified clinicians

• Salary: Circa £40,000 DOE
• Car allowance: £5,064 per annum
• Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday working pattern
