Job summary

Boots Hearingcare in Stevenage is seeking an established Hearing Aid Audiologist to own a busy clinic, deliver high-quality, customer-centric hearing care and build lasting relationships with clients.

Qualifications

• BSc in Audiology (or equivalent) required.
• HCPC registration required.
• 2+ years' post-qualification experience.
• Strong clinical audit results and CPD compliance.
• Commercial awareness with a customer-focused mindset.
• Excellent administrative and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of your clinic, performance and customer outcomes.

• Act as an Ambassador for Boots Hearingcare, building long-term customer relationships.
• Support customers throughout the Hearingcare journey.
• Confidently recommend solutions from our full product portfolio.
• Work flexibly, including some evenings and weekends to meet demand.
• Own the clinic environment and ensure high-quality care.
• Utilise latest hearing technology and product innovations.
• Provide advanced diagnostic assessments with structured diaries for personalised consultations.
• Ensure strong operational and admin support to enable consistent care.

• Work flexibly, which may include some evenings and weekends, to meet customer demand

• Salary: Circa £40,000 DOE
