Job summary

Boots Hearingcare is seeking an experienced Hearing Aid Audiologist to own a high-performing clinic with strong support from Boots Hearingcare and Sonova. You will deliver high-quality, customer-centric hearing care within a modern Boots clinic, with access to the latest technology and dedicated admin support.

The role offers progression into senior clinical leadership, CPD development, and the chance to shape hearing care delivery across our network.

Qualifications

• BSc in Audiology (or equivalent).
• HCPC registration.
• 2+ years’ post-qualification experience.
• Commercial awareness with a customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of your clinic, performance, and customer outcomes.
• Deliver high-quality, customer-centric hearing care.
• Act as an Ambassador for Boots Hearingcare, building long-term customer relationships.
• Support customers throughout their complete Hearingcare journey.
• Confidently recommend solutions from our full product portfolio.
• Work flexibly, which may include some evenings and weekends, to meet customer demand.

You’ll work within a modern, well-equipped Boots Hearingcare clinic, designed to support high-quality clinical care and confident customer decision-making, including:

• Advanced diagnostic assessments
• Structured diaries allowing time for personalised consultations
• Strong operational and admin support

The role

As an Established Hearing Aid Audiologist, you’ll:
