Job summary

MMP Consultancy Limited is seeking a Healthy Homes Manager to lead the damp, mould and condensation (DMC) program across our housing stock, ensuring cases are identified, investigated, and resolved within statutory timelines while maintaining empathetic resident communications and robust data trails for regulators.

Qualifications

Leads and develops a team to meet statutory obligations.
Experience in damp, mould or housing conditions.
Knowledge of Awaab's Law and HHSRS classifications.
Ability to manage deadlines and policy timescales.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of 5–7 to deliver DMC case management within statutory timescales.
Own end-to-end DMC case management from identification to resolution.
Ensure inspections and reports meet target timeframes.
Monitor KPIs and report to senior leaders.
Manage contractor performance and budgets.
Serve as escalation point for residents, Councillors and regulators.
Drive continuous improvement from complaints and investigations.
